I recently decided to access my profile again after a long period of inactivity, but I was no longer able to log in. So I contacted support. I received a response within 24 hours, and the issue was resolved very quickly. They were very fast and professional.

Really useful website for reviews

Really useful website for reviews and locating different suppliers, particularly hair and makeup and venues as there were lots of pictures I hadn't seen elsewhere. I also found the table planning tool useful, although a bit more customisation would be good as my tables were square which wasn't an option.

Worst “investment” ever 🤮

Lies, empty promises and waste of money.
I’ll never recommend this company for suppliers.
Around one month ago I have zoom call with Joanna L. Empty promises, waste of time and lies. She said I’ll contact you back. 28 days she didn’t answer. So you can also see so bad customer service.
People please be careful with this “company” and save your money for better things.

Absolutely DREADFUL customer service…

Absolutely DREADFUL customer service for suppliers , unless of course they’re trying to sell their contracts to you. Over £200 I was spending a month on the platform and, upon advice from a fellow supplier who had done the same. I requested my paid contract be terminated (just 12 days before the year was up anyway) due to going on maternity leave and experiencing a quite substantial dip in earnings (the life of a self employed mum). It was a battle and after providing evidence of my friends experience they finally agreed. However they deleted my whole account! I’ve never experienced a platform delete an account based on just a paid contract needing termination. They have a free platform which I was on for years before and I’d collected reviews, had conversations with my booked brides that I now cannot access. For what reason? Just for the sake of helping a new mum with 12 days grace.

Doesn’t stop them phoning and emailing for contract renewals though to try and get more money out of me.

I was sceptical and I was correct to be and I should have trusted my gut. I don't believe this company likes the term ethical, I do believe most of my leads have been fake. I will not be renewing my contract at all and will be voicing my own experience to anyone considering using them.

I love this site

I love this site. It has really helped with the planning of the wedding.
I use it mainly for invites, menu and seating chart. I can print off the seating and what each person has chosen to eat for each table: this is great as otherwise I’d have had to do it myself. I wish it was a little easier to do though!

I did find it a bit difficult to set up initially but then again I am a not the techie type! I also wish the seating chart could be copied and pasted for each part of the meal: though to be fair it quite possibly can be done but I just haven’t figured it out!!

When I had trouble with my password I only had to send an email and it was sorted in a few days. I was aware of this as I got a reply almost immediately saying same.

I am very happy with the site.

Wedding Suppliers do not sign up

In the past 6 months I have had 2 leads from Hitched. Due to personal reasons I have stopped working as a Wedding Celebrant but they refuse to allow me to stop paying the monthly fee to them. Wedding Suppliers do not sign up.

I'm a wedding photographer

I'm a wedding photographer, I've been with Hitched for 4/5 years now and every year it has paid for itself easily and helped get my business off the ground! Despite what others seem to be saying, I have not had a problem with bots or fake leads... I would say these are most likely people just not getting back to suppliers. Hitched supplies me with 20% of my yearly weddings and is great for me as I've recently moved to a new area of the country; it's allowed me to get my foot in the door of some great venues. I spoke to Joanna recently who was brilliant over the phone and I will be renewing again.

A couple things I wish they'd improve... The website isn't the most user friendly, especially on mobile. I have no ability to remove my 'real weddings', i have to request they be removed.

In order for couples to enquire they will need to select your listing and request pricing. Another way for couples to enquire is to use our feature where they can select which service they are looking for and in what area and use a tool to enquire on their behalf.

The whole app/website is amazing

The whole app/website is amazing! it allows you to do all the digital planning you could need for free, when it would cost you to do the same elsewhere. only negative is that you cannot send your digital invites by WhatsApp/text, it only allows you to do this via email.

As a wedding supplier

As a wedding supplier, my experience with Hitched has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The platform promises high-quality leads, but the reality has been poor enquiries, time-wasters, and false phone numbers, (they will deny this but so many of us can't be wrong). There is no return on "investment" and I wish I'd read and believed the other suppliers reviews before signing up.
Transparency around performance is questionable at best.

What has been most concerning is that after formally requesting to cancel my membership and take my profile down immediately due to poor results, I am now being pursued for further payments and have been passed to a debt collection agency. This has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise suppliers to absolutely not use this platform, you may aswell well throw money into the wind.

Wedding planning perspective

The single most stressful thing about planning our wedding has been trying to get this (paid for) website to work. The back end and front end don’t work together and it’s not an intuitive system - I’ve had to google a lot to try and find out how to do things. And mostly we’ve had to use work arounds which only go so far. My fiancé builds websites and writes code and is mystified by the website too. I’d advise anyone not to use it. Even paper rsvps would be easier.

Waste of time and money!

Waste of time and money!
You get sold a dream however it’s complete lies, the platform doesn't work properly, the leads are absolutely terrible. You get a lot of leads however none of them actually convert into sales. The budgets that they have for your services are just not workable and the customer service is really not great. If I’m honest I feel like a scam victim more than anything. I stupidly ignored the reviews and I really wish I didn’t now.
