The Beatles newspaper book is fantastic. Packed full of history. Bought for my 14 yr old granddaughter who has discovered an interest in the Fab Four. Cant wait to gift it to her for Christmas. Great service!

This is an amazing concept/idea and was a perfect gift for my Uncle's 90th Birthday. With the exception of shipping costs that were quite expensive I would highly recommend this product.

The books are very well made. The order process was easy and I received my book in Australia in around 3 weeks which I thought was very good. There is only one change I would like to see and that is an option of different colour gift boxes.

What an absolute joke of a company. Specifically asked for 'urgent' delivery on a Thursday which said it would be next day/overnight, waited all day at home and nobody bothered to turn up. Now won't be delivered until Monday the following week, lost £10 on urgent delivery and missed my 75 year old fathers birthday. Disgusting way to treat customers and shall NEVER use this rip-off of a company again. Get your act together and use a decent delivery company and stop trying to cheap out at the expense of your customers. What rank behaviour. And don't blame this on the delivery company, you chose them! Take some ownership stop ripping off hard-working customers. Disgusting.

This newspaper was a huge hit! My son was pumped and my family loved it. Amazing quality. Highly recommend.

Received my Historic Newspapers Beatles within 2 weeks of my order. This was a birthday present for my husband and at 75 I was at a loss of what to give him but being a long life fan of the Beatles this turned out to be the perfect gift. A hard back cover with his name on the front made it so presentable. The book is full of all the newspaper stories of the Beatles from their early years right through. My husband is loving reminiscing those years and learning some stories he never knew. I would highly recommend this as a gift or for personal interest.

Appalling customer service!
Ordered on 11th Sept with a stated delivery within 5-7 days. Received an email on 16th Sept to say there had been a technical error and the book required reprinting - new delivery date on or before 24th Sept. Was sent a tracking link. Checked the tracking link on 24th Sept to check delivery had been made to the recipient. The link didn’t work so I emailed the company. Received a reply on 25th Sept to say that there was a further technical issue and it required another replacement reprint and the order would now be sent to arrive on or before 2nd October.

Needless to say I have asked for a full and complete refund as the ridiculous delay means it has missed its intended purpose for my friend. Disappointed and thoroughly let down. Would absolutely not recommend which is a real shame as the idea is a lovely one.

The book is nice but not worth the price and I paid an extra 13€ for the fees to receive in France…that was never mentioned

A well made, beautiful gift for my father, I loved the ability to add in a custom made note that made it all the more special rather than just a coffee table book.

Historic Newspapers are exactly what they say on the tin. Went on to their website (easy to navigate 👍🏼) and entered the date I wanted (grans bday lol). Then they gave me options of I think 4 or 5 different papers that they had in stock, which I thought was proper cool bcos that meant I could pick a proper Scottish one instead of like English or something, bit more local and personal. Put my order in, paid, and put it to the back of my mind. I then received my confirmation emails, and a tracker with Royal Mail which is great, and I honestly had my order delivered within about 3 days. Opened, and I was absolutely delighted! This newspaper I ordered is NINTY-FOUR YEARS OLD, and in absolute pristine condition thanks to the work of the archivists. My gran thoroughly enjoyed it as did the whole family tbh they’re a great read, if a bit depressing looking at 1931 house prices lol. Really cannot recommend enough from my experience.

Easy website to use to order what I wanted. I was expecting the item to take longer than it did, with having it personalised on the front. Soon arrived. Not seen it myself, as a gift, but I saw how delighted someone was with receiving the same item & that’s why I purchased it.

It was 30 years out! We ordered 1965 and got a book for 1935!
No time for a replacement or time to search for an alternative.

Absolutely awful very disappointed this was a 60th birthday present for my brother. Basically it’s just a hardback with very very poor quality photocopies of newspapers over the years something that all in all honesty I could’ve done myself probably for a fiver

Bunch of total scammers. They’re only photocopies anyway and that’s if it even arrives!!! Don’t bother.

The customer service from "Historic Newspapers" is the best I've ever experienced from a service provider. When my order got misplaced during transportation, the staff sent me out a new book. My friend absolutely loved it!!! Thanks so much guys xx
