Hispek had the best price, and were clear and helpful in all their communication.

Hispek had the best price, and were clear and helpful in all their communication. When the order had to be delayed, a real person in the UK spoke to me, and I was given a direct email address. The website had all the charges clearly marked without having to fill out all the purchase details first. The product arrived safe and sound as planned.

This company is brilliant.

I found Hispek to be very, very helpful. Excellent, speedy service & delivery. Also they responded to my queries very quickly and professionally.

Excellent Service, Delivery and Price

I ordered the Bose Sounddock II and not only did Hispek offer the most competitive price but their customer service was second to none. For example I chose to have the item delivered to my work address (which is obviously a different address from my billing address) and once I placed my order they rang the reception of my office to double check that the I had in fact placed the order. Delivery was extremely quick and included in the price. I will definitely be ordering more items from Hispek Electronics in the future.

prompt delivery but poor customer service

Bose product was delivered promptly. Several nquiries to customer service about the product post-delivery have been ignored till date. Would not recommend in a hurry.

We are sorry to hear that the after sales experience has let us down. We are uncertain whom you spoke with as all post delivery calls are logged with customer services and there is no record. I wish all delivery drivers were as kind.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner for my elderly sister who lives in a first floor flat, which visitors reach by way of entry phone system. My sister is mid eighties, not at all fit, and telephoned me to tell me that the cleaner had been delivered and what a very kind delivery man who showed great kindness towards her.

Thank you - I hope I can use your company again.

They have taken my money and no sign of the product yet, and only reactive responses to my requests for updates.

I hope that they can come back from what currently is a bad experience of purchasing BOSE equipment. There is a small chance that they are not at fault, and it is BOSE who are found wanting.

Everything was as expected.

I ordered a Miele vacuum cleaner for a neighbour and Hispek telephoned to inform me that it would be 5-7 working days before delivery and that stock was coming in on Friday and would be delivered on Monday, which it was. No problems encountered and the delivery was made with care.
