The item was delivered on time and when the package was opened I found the unit was damaged. I called Hirix customer service. I spoke to Josep who asked for photos of the damaged area. Within a few minutes Josep called and confirmed that the damaged item will be collected and replacement was despatched same day. All this was sorted within 3 days. Very impressive. The replaced unit is working fine so far.

Had an issue re delivery address (my mistake )spoke to Josef who was very helpful and got things sorted out for me, great customer service and very helpful polite and friendly

Despite being promised by Hirex Customer Service that the matter would be resolved yesterday, it remains unresolved.
Amazon have opened an investigation into this matter.

I would not use this company again.
I ordered through Amazon and thought my rights would be protected but I am still waiting for a refund despite returning the item.
The problem was the returns process.
I didn't want the item so requested a return.
The returns label was not postage paid. The company refunded a postage payment that was well below the cost of returning. After complaining to Amazon, the company arranged for a free return.
I returned the item but have heard nothing from them since.
I have now asked Amazon for a full refund. This reflects badly on Amazon too.

Purchased an item from the Range and completely the wrong item was delivered (a chest of drawers instead of a wagon cart). After several emails between them and myself they told me the actual seller would like to contact me directly to resolve this issue. From then, things definitely took a turn for the better! I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who arranged the collection of the incorrect item and explained that I was worried that the correct item wouldn’t arrive in time. One day later the incorrect item has been collected and my item was delivered! That was such a pleasant surprise! These days when you have a problem you have to deal with chatbots or email, and it is extremely rare to speak to a real person. Hirix is different. There have been 3 phone calls between us, and each time the person on the other end has been extremely helpful. I have just spoken to a lovely gentleman called Josef to say thank you for sending my item out so quickly. Most companies would have made me wait until the returned item had been received back. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They could definitely teach a few companies about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered dressing table through Debenhams . Opened it a few months later for my daughter’s birthday the night before to find no instructions and missing screws . I’ve requested a return multiple time with no reply and I have had to order a replacement dressing table so she has a present on her birthday

Josef the agent who dealt with me on two occasions was very helpful and sorted my problem out. Very courteous.

Excellent communication, very careful delivery and quick. Well mannered person delivered my item and the customer service afterwards was just amazing.

Although we had problems with the carriers we actually got good service from Hirix.
The item was damaged on checking it later. The carrier did not collect the item on the prescribed day. After speaking with Josef and Zames at Hirix the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

Joseph was very professional and settled a long standing problem which has potentially resolved my faith in the organisation as a customer.

Found an item, best price online. Ordering was easy and straightforward, as was paying, I had a small hiccup with the delivery company, but this firm sorted it out totally,
My experience was good, so I came back for more and bought the same item for my friend, and this time no delivery company pany hiccup.

Order one of the cordless vacuum through wowcher. You had two options 150w or 250w. The 250w was more expensive. So I ordered that one. I paid for express delivery and was given a date for delivery. It showed up 2 days later and they sent tbe 150w out the cheaper one. I reached out to them, they didn't believe me and wanted pictures. So I sent them and then got the option to return it. I asked for the proper one to be sent out and was told when the item was received back to them. They would give me options. They got it back, I never got options. I was told I would receive a refund to my original payment. Which is my bank account. Ive had an email from Wowcher saying ive been refunded to my Wowcher wallet 🤷🏼 in hirix defence they have actually tried phoning me to help with the situation. So for that I have edited the review. They still should have sent the proper hoover out and we wouldnt have this situation

Josef was very helpful in providing me a replacement for my item! This was done efficiently with no trouble at all!

Ordered the blender and when it arrived it was broken. Contacted customer service and sent back with ni hassle and was sent out and received new one within 48 hours! Excellent customer service!

I read about a great deal in a national newspaper for dehumidifiers with Wowcher and Hirix UK. I signed up and received 2 dehumidifiers for an excellent price. Hirix were brilliant in arranging my delivery to fit round my shifts. Thank you Hirix for an excellent first time experience with your company

Air fryer - wonderful. Rotisserie failed, called to arrange a return. Pushed for replacement, but didnt want that. Given return instructions, however took an hour driving around to find someone who would accept it. Had originally offered to take it to store. Some back and forth with web site, led to phone call with agent. Sorted. Then multiple calls requesting a 5 star review. Hang on, thought I. I shall review as i see fit at my own pace. Hence, 3 stars. Shame, really.

I am very pleased the way my issue was dealth promptly. Josef keep me informed via phone before and after I received my placement.

There was a small And it didn't match the size as stated on the website, the packaging was damaged.
But when I contacted the company, they responded quickly to my questions and all the problems were resolved.
