Visited this garage several times for my car and my daughters for service and new tyres.
Excellent customer service. As a women driver love the fact that the manager speaking to me was also female and did not patronize me in relation to my lack of knowledge. Was professional, informative and kept me up to date with regular communication. Will be visiting for all my garage requirements moving forward.

Had a nail in my tyre, and called the company to see if they stocked that particular type. Didn't have it in stock but were able to order and fit the same day. Saved me a lot of time and excellent service.

Great service from Mandy and Team. Audi had serviced my car but found one tyre faulty and the two fronts getting low. I authorised fitting new tyres but they didn’t have them in stock which as it turns out was lucky. HiQ Whiteley offered me 4 new Goodyear tyres which in total saved me £120. Very happy with the next day Saturday service and the way Mandy dealt with me - very professional. Thanks to all!!! My car both handles better and looks like new again !!!

I always go to this garage and have done for some time now. They are always willing to go that extra mile to help you out and the reception staff are very friendly.

Booking process was easy and efficient. Discussions with staff were polite and considerate. My 2 rear tyres were replaced as requested and I was able to sit and watch the process in their reception area.

Nothing too much trouble for HIQ tyres In Whiteley. Lovely helpful lady on the front desk. Unable to repair my cracked wheel, however, recommended Mercury welding and between HIQ and Steve from mercury, they sorted the problem and had me back on the road within 4 hours…. Very grateful customer, thank you.

Easy to book online, I got a date and time convenient for me. They were quick and fitted the tyre quickly.

Takes about an hour for tyre fitting so they need a coffee vending machine , staff are great service is good

I cannot fault this company and their service in any way. For the first time in years a garage did not try to upsell me something. From the minute I phoned until I got my car back it was a faultless service. As a single woman, it is good to know that there are companies you can trust when it comes to our cars and their maintenance.

Very efficient and professionally rub depot. The manageress mandy kept me informed of progress and the car was ready o time.

Mark and Dave were really helpful. I misunderstood the booking time but they were very professional about it and chose to help me. Dave has also done a fantastic job and was quick too!

I booked an afternoon slot and showed up when it it was suitable for me which was great!
They finished off the work quickly and the customer service was great!

We discovered that we had a slow puncture whilst on our way to Cornwall. Mark at HiQ whiteley fitted us in straight away and was so welcoming and helpful. The tyre was repaired instantly while we waited with a hot drink. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you Mark.

Was able to select the tyres I needed on the web site at a decent price and book an appointment for the next day.
Turned up around midday on a Saturday, was greeted by friendly staff and was all sorted within 30 minutes.

Mark and the team were absolutely brilliant today during my mot. Came out of hospital yesterday, and it was no trouble for them to drop me back off home and pick me up again after it was done. Very kind, thoughtful team. Many thanks!
