HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Telford Omdömen 

Utterly useless! Booked 5 tyres online, selected a fitting date, gave my number - all done correctly. Turned up as booked to & spoke to a rude & unhelpful fitter saying "We can't do that" - it's a motorhome. Spoke to Assistant Manager who was polite, but he had no trace of my booking, despite agreeing with me looking at my phone that it was correct, and he didn't think my tyres had even come in. Nothing on website to say that a motorhome would be a problem. Went to my local independent tyre dealer instead, a bit more expensive but helpful and they know what they're doing! . *** Follow up *** In credit to HiQ, they have followed up on this, I've had a good phone call both from the branch and the Area Manager to explain & apologise.

I nipped into HiQ in Hadley after going to Halford's to have new headlight blubs fitted, Halford's were unable to fit the blub for me saying I'd have to have the bumper and lights removed to get it fitted. I nipped into see if this was correct, the guy behind the counter was able to help fit the blub for me without doing any of the above. Even helped me with a tyre pressure concern. Couldnt have asked for better service, Thank you!

I booked my car in through fixmycar.com to have the rear bearings replaced on the left hand side of a Corsa '06 plate. They quoted £80 and when I turned up on the day they tried to scam me by saying the price they quoted was only for the part. This is untrue as the quote clearly stated fitted. The labour to fit the part would be £120 bringing it to £200. I asked them how this has come about and they tried to pretend they didn't know anything about the job??? Even though they had clearly logged on, seen the job and made a quote for it. The price for a bearing kit on eBay is £25. It was clearly a scam. They put the lowest quote in to get the job and then when you turn up they just slap a load more on. I have the email with the quote they didn't honour so they can't deny it.

IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ONLINE THE PRICE PARTS THEY HAVE PUT ON YOUR INVOICE.

First time using these guys needed 4 new tyres was very polite friendly did the job quick brilliant thanks will definitely use again 👍

Took car into the Telford branch they said they'll put a diagnostic on it proceeded to call then said wouldn't connect but had the nerve to charge for the diagnostic for doing nothing complained via email and have gotten no where be warned they'll take your money for doing nothing !!

Really approachable and friendly staff. Went above and beyond what was required to help. Will definitely use them again and happy to reccomend them.

The service from the technicians was top notch no complaints at all. The reason for 4/5 stars is that on leaving there is a large pothole on the entry driveway which on the way in due to its position you don’t notice it but on exiting drove into it which could have easily punctured my new front tyre. It really does need filling in

Great service form HIQ as always, took my car in for its dreaded MOT at 9am by 10:30 I got the bad news we always expect Fail. Jason was friendly and helpful and quick with and quote to fix. All jobs complete and car ready to be picked up by 5pm, honestly can not fault them.

Jason and the Team at HiQ Telford were superb. We'd been let down badly by a High Street Garage Chain and needed help same day. Not only did they diagnose the issue they got the parts and fitted them within a couple of hours. No extra charge! Amazing service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Quick, friendly service. MOT while I waited for a good price. Tyres fitted the same time (bit pricey). I will be using them for my cambelt change (when I get the quote 😁).

Sid the manager kept me updated on what was happening he called me first thing to let me know the tyres had been ordered and confirmed whether I wanted to be called to come down or if I was going to drop off and leave the car, which is what I did. He then called once it was finished.

Booked online for car MOT and full service, providing two suitable dates. Received a call the following day to confirm and book - member of staff who called was friendly and helpful. Dropped car off with Sid - who was polite and receptive. Call received advising car ready to collect. Again met by Sid in reception who again was very helpful. Competitive prices in comparison to other local garages.

I have used HiQ in Telford for many years and always find them reliable, friendly and helpful. I book my car annually for its MOT and for a full service at HiQ and would use them for any ad-hoc work needed.
The site is always clean, and the mechanics are knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. A great garage with great service.
