HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Somercotes Omdömen 

Been bringing my car to HiQ somercotes for a while now and I'm never disappointed. Always given a warm welcome and a great customer service. Heads up for Tom who is absolutely fantastic at his job and incredibly helpful!

I cannot recommend Shaun and Tom highly enough, absolutely professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I had 2 tyres on the rear and had concerns about a front that seemed to lose pressure. They checked the fronts and went beyond my expectations.

Will definitely be back in the future and will bring the wife’s car too

Don’t use the online booking for an MOT at Somercotes as they don’t reply. Quote after I rang them; “ it’s nothing to do with us, it’s something head office does !”
ETS just round the corner offer a discount for booking online !
If depots don’t use the system, then don’t give the option on line!

The man on the desk was a waste of time. His costumer care is not to be desired. The manner in which he spoke to customers was rude and he was more interested in his mobile phone. Will not be going there again.

4 Eagle f1 tyres fitted.
After booking a time for fitting, it took 50 mins before they got started. The guy on the front desk has zero customer relation skill, infact, comes accross arrogant and dis-interested, sits on his phone rather than attending to customer's needs.
1 week after fitting, preasure light came on so had to take it back. There were no customer's in, and they couldn't even be bothered to take a look. To busy on their phone.
I don't know why I booked in the first place as the guy on front desk came accross ignorant and arrogant.
750 quid and couldn't even be bothered to take a look. Would of at least expected the preasures being checked and corrected.

I told him I thought the service was poor, he literally said to me, 'do what you want mate'!

I wouldn't want someone like that fronting my business.
I have 4 cars in my household, needless to say, I won't be returning. Went straight round to ets, couldn't be more polite, wish I had gone there in the first place.

HiQ Somercotes are simply amazing, especially the manager, Sean. They've worked very hard to haul my car through an MOT today and the cost was unbelievably good. They called me several times to approve works. Would recommend to everyone!

Booked online for an afternoon slot which said we were booked in to arrive between 12pm and 5pm. My husband arrived at midday to be told they couldn't find the booking on the system and they didn't have time to fit our tyres as we'dnot called ahead to book a slot. They managed to fit him in later in the afternoon after a lot of searching for our booking in the system. It seems the website takes bookings are these aren't always communicated to the franchise location and booked in correctly! The site was great and fit him in (hence 3 stars instead of 2), but it's a shame they're let down by the Web booking system. Will book with them direct next time.

Good reliable garage with excellent staff. Shaun the manager was really professional and new what he was talking about. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terible, we are a company customer and everytime we come to drop off or collect a car it takes them upto 30mins to acknowledge me and serve us.

Top quality workmanship, honest,and the assistant manager was very helpful, and at a good price too.
Rang me with updates and was ready before the end of the day,would definitely go back with our 2nd car.
