I have used them for many years but……..
I have used them for many years but this time I ordered tyres and booked a slot as requested, turned up to be told they don’t have the tyres and I’d have to come back 4 hours later ie when I should be at work . They have my number and email address , why couldn’t they contact me to tell me ?

Definitely Recommend
Went to these guys after reading all the positive reviews. Needed 4 new tyres which they did not have in stock and said they would have them by the next working day and gave me the price. The tyres did turn up as promised and HiQ let me know. Arranging a day and time for the work was painless and very easy. When I turned up, I had to wait about 4 minutes until a previous customer left the fitting bay. All 4 tyres changed over, balanced etc in a remarkably short space of time. Very friendly and knowledgeable team and I will definitely use them for any future needs.

Tyres were ordered for us and arrived…
Tyres were ordered for us and arrived promptly. Fitting and balancing all good except front wheels are now the other way round i.e. nearside is offside and offside is nearside - this means the tyre pressures registered in the dash display show the wrong way round.

New tyre
I had booked online on Wednesday afternoon to get a new tyre. They gave me an option for Thursday afternoon which was great. When I arrived I was quickly and efficiently served and therefore soon back on my way. The staff were friendly and polite. The cost was also competitive.
