HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Evesham Omdömen 

Went to HiQ in Evesham & had an excellent service. Lewis fitted me in at very short notice & Joe replaced my burst tyre. Both were friendly & courteous. Job done quickly & looks fine. Cost appears to be the same as others & they seem to have a stock of less common sizes.

Do not trust! Tried to sell me a part for my car for £800. The part was never needed went and got a second opinion from another local garage as was so frustrated with the level of customer service - very unhelpful

Took tyre in for puncture told needed new tyre cheapest £150 !!! Said would try somewhere else , they would not give tyre back until paid £10 for ‘labour cost ‘ was only in there 10 mins and if they had a cheaper tyre would have had it !!! Went to Malvern tyres Swan Lane Evesham , they did it straight away for £65 , HIQ need to review there customer service policy use to always use this place but will NEVER go again

Last week I popped into the Evesham branch of HiQ. It was the second time in a couple of months that I had visited this company. The first time was because my tyre appeared flat. After checking it, very near to the end of the day, I was advised all seemed ok. This was the third garage I had been to that afternoon and the only one who was able to help. The second time was for a tyre replacement and tracking. We were greeted by Lee … he was so friendly, helpful and polite … such a change to the sullen attitude of many people these days. A big thank you. We have recommended HiQ to friends and neighbours and would go never else in the future.

I asked my wife to go and get the tracking done after replacement of new steering rack. The staff were rude to my wife and said they couldn't do it properly as they didn't know how many threads were left in the track rod ends without taking it apart. I ask my wife to ask for a print out so she did and he laughed at her and came back saying she wasn't entitled to a print out due to them only charging her 35 and not 70 even though she said at the beginning she was happy to pay the 70 for front and back tacking. Not happy with the service we received won't be using Hiq agin if that is the attitude of the staff very disappointed.

The staff at HiQ Evesham Branch were polite and made sure they phoned me to confirm my booking that was made online and to advise once my vehicle was ready to collect. The fitting was completed in the agreed timeframe... add to that the fact that for the two tyres I purchased, HiQ had the best price I could find... overall an excellent experience.

I cannot say enough about this company, I had cause to visit them yesterday and I could not have been treated better if I had HRH in front of my name.A first class service performed by very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Excellent service, easy booking and competitively priced.

Had two front tyres and tracking done, was told the wheels had sealent/rust on so they needed to be cleaned which I was charged for. Just had an MOT and they have said suspension arm and drop link need replacing, this allows you to wobble the wheel while it's jacked up. The garage told me that it should've been picked up while changing the tyre and tracking shouldn't have been done as they can't accurately do it with so much play in the wheel and couldn't believe it wasn't picked up. Will not be using you again

Where do I start …… You could say I was a damsel in distress, but no I was just a stressed community nurse, mid-way though my patient list, with an unexpected object sticking out of my tyre. So after a few phone calls I limped into town, where said object released itself, unplugging its hole, somewhere on the A46 and I ended up abandoning car just up the road from HiQ, with a flat (as a pancake) tyre. Now too scared to drive, walked to HiQ, arrived puffed out and desperate!

Darren jumped into action. Organised someone to fetch it for me as I was too scared to drive on a flat and then proceeded to search for the correct size tyres, which they then had to fetch on my behalf. After Darren had tried to relieve my stress with some not so funny humour regarding the costs, the car was given two new front tyres (both needed doing), checked my brakes, lights and wipers before sending me on my merry way to finish my patient list.
What can I say. The best service ever. Professional, friendly, accommodating, funny, knowledgable service received. I will be back!!! So grateful

I bought a 2009 Ford Focus and only discovered the wobble at 60mph after purchasing. My husband took it to HiQ Evesham who corrected the wheel balancing but it didn't sort the problem. He took it back and this time the locking nut thread sheered off.

HiQ accepted responsibility for not warning about the difficulty removing the nut the first time because of rust. They organised the removal of the wheel nut, replacements and the necessary tyres for a generously discounted price to compensate. Darren and his staff friendly and courteous throughout the experience. I am a very satisfied customer and I shall be going back there in future.

Used this garage twice now, Had rear breaks and tyres done today. Yet again fantastic customer service, great prices . Definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Excellent service, fast and efficient for a slow puncture. Expected to be told I needed a new tyre but the guys fixed it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back and recommend to others,

Very helpful and friendly staff. Tyres ordered and appointment booked online Thursday evening, called the centre on Friday morning and they helpfully brought my appointment forward to Friday afternoon (as soon as tyres delivered!) Great customer service, thank you.

Booked in for 2 tyres and windscreen wipers. Good communications throughout. Excellent service.
