HiQ Burton went above and beyond

Had a puncture on Thursday night and needed the car on Friday to go away for the weekend - Tyre was ordered and fitted same day

Cant ask more of the service

Was in desperate need to keep my car on the road. The team managed to fit new brakes and sort an MOT for me at very short notice. Excellent customer service saved me a lot of stress really wished I'd gone here first. Special mention to Shane and Glynn!

Been using this garage for over 20 years. The current HiQ team, Hamza and one of the technical team Khizat did a great job at fixing my brakes. Due again shortly for a service. They are friendly and advice you of costs up front.

Good customer service and friendly staff with good communication. The tire I ordered wasn't actually in stock so they called to let me know and did a price match.

I was served by a professional and polite technician Hamza, he received my work request and got back with a quote within the hour (four other Burton garages didn't bother getting back) he was then able to book my car in within 2 days to complete the work. HiQ will be my first call for work the next time my car needs it.

First time that i do the MOT with HiQ Tyres &Autocare in Burton-On-Trent, the result was really quick and the team working there was satisfying all my demands and requests. Hamza is a nice guy and he did the appointment when it was best possible for me . Good advice from the rest of the team working there when i was asking questions related to the car and what can be wrong.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere at around 4.30 pm Wednesday. Green Flag transported my car to my home as HIQ were closed by this time. Green Flag came to my home on Thursday morning and delivered it to HIQ. By lunchtime they had diagnosed a fault with the alternator, ordered a new part and started the work. By 11.30am Friday I got a call to say the car was ready. A few hours later I was back on the road. It wasn't cheap (I nearly fainted) but the whole process was very smooth. A special thank you to Hamza for his kind attention.

After finding a screw in my work vans tyre I needed it fixing asap due to long journeys. I called 2 companies who said they couldn’t do it for a week (what?! Just for a repair?!)I then called HiQ in Burton and spoke to Hamza who was extremely helpful and said if i popped it in later that day they could sort it for me. I’m very grateful for his fantastic, friendly service and for sorting my stress level out! They will definitely be my first place to call in the future!

Excellent service received when my car underwent an MOT, full service and the fitting of new tyres. The work was carried out as planned to my entire satisfaction. Special thanks to Hamza, Khizar and Archie, whose friendly, professional attention to my Polo was extended to me, including clear explanations to a non-mechanical lady. They went the extra mile and their care is much appreciated. I will certainly be visiting them again and wish all the team well.
