My wife took her car to have the 2 back tyres replaced. She was extremely happy with the service and says she would recommend this garage to anyone wanting this type of service. Fast, courteous and inexpensive.

Appalling customer service
I ordered tyres on line and had them fitted. It wasn’t until I arrived home that the ratings for the tyres I purchased were not the same as the tyres that were fitted. Disappointed that I didn’t receive the product specification that I purchased.
HiQ responded to my reply and I provided them with further information. On 7 December, I received an email informing me that customer service was their top priority and the area manager would contact me. It is now 28 December and I still have not been contacted. This is appalling customer service and is unlikely to result in me using this company again.

This was the first time I have used HIQ…
This was the first time I have used HIQ tyres & Autocare in Barwell and I was very happy with the work done and the price paid.
Chris was very informative about the ‘under-pressure‘ wear on the old tyres and showed me where a retaining spring was missing on the n/s front wheel, the tyres were changed quickly and I was off on my travels again. I will go back there again, as Chris recommended to have the alignment checked.
