Had a slight issue at the start but after talking with the staff my issue was resolved fully and without further issue. Staff were professional and very helpful. The membership is quite a good idea and the products all look great with quite a wide range to choose from.

I think as a customer being able to cancel the subscription when I have financial issue has to be the best thing ever! Since I Can always come Back when I'm back on my feet.

It was a really good experience! I was understood and had a good time.

I registered for a special offer in the 4 july 2024. The amount was 19 DKK. I't turned out that I had actually subscribed for a huge montly amount which was not obvious until the first email that I received reminding me og a monthly fee. I instantly triede to cancel my membership which required that I contacted them as the cancellation button does not work within the first 24 hours. I managed to cancel my account the same day. On the 7 of july there was a withdraw of 358 DKK from my account. Customer service keeps on ignoring my questions and critic concerning that the terms was not clear. They refer to a 14 day cancellation period. It's a horrible company that scams people. The company will be reported to the Danish consumer council " forbrugerrådet"

Update on the 10 of july :
The company has aknowledge their misleading service and has offered 50% refund if I rewrite my review. Once that has been done they Will return the remaining 50%.

If that is done,I will update my review once I have returned the full refund.

Update on the 14 of july:
The company has as written aknowledge their fault when they charged me eventhough i had cancelled my membership and returned 50%. However they want a 4 or 5 star review before returning the rest of my money which I have declined .
