Ordered 2 5 in 1 stylers, 11th dec, got the free gift of deluxe straighteners for buying 2 on 7th Jan, received my order 12th Jan, 4 weeks later as its dispatched straight from the manufacturer inChina, they hold no stock in Canada as they would have you believe. I m I only received 1 of the stylers, I sent numerous emails regarding the matter without any response other than 1 automated we will get back to you in 24-48 hours,which still has not happened. I am now seeking recourse through my credit card company, if it was a mistake then why the no contact or attempt at resolution.BEWARE

Well, I ordered my order December 23 and I’ve tried to contact them. They don’t contact me back. They say oh don’t get back to you in a day or two I’ve had four of those. I still haven’t had my project we’re in January 6, 2026 nobody’s responding this is pathetic.

I was happy to receive my 5 in 1 curler /blowdryer ect.
But….. the curler does not work! I have shorter hair about 3.5-4 inch bob. The website and ads clearly state that it works on ALL hair length long or short. NO videos on shorter hair !! I wrote 2 emails to their support…. NO Answer. There is NO telephone number to contact and ask questions. I am very disappointed, since the curling part was important to me, due to health issue / mobility in arm. I did not ask for a refund , just wanted a part that would work on shorter hair. These 2 barrels are not sucking in hair at all. Please help. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusted. Still haven’t received my hair dryer yet they started charging me $9.95 to be a VIP member that I didn’t ask for! It’s coming from China. Not even made here in Canada like they eluded to.

Very pleased with this styler. All the pieces work well, they fit well, and feel sturdy. Curling takes a bit of practice but follow the video and you’ll pick it up. Terrific value.

Scam website. Does not come from Canada. Does not ship next day. Does not arrive in 5-10 business days. A family member put this on their wishlist and I foolishly bought it before doing my own due diligence.

Initially, I hesitated to buy this hairstyler because I was worried it might be just another gimmick. But let me tell you, this is the real deal, The 5-in-1 functionality is a huge plus, allowing me to switch between drying, curling, and straightening with ease

HEYCURLS is a SCAM! Advertise 60 day money back guarantee HOWEVER if you have used it you CANNOT return it! How are you supposed to know how the product works without trying it-then once tried for under a minute it is deemed nonreturnable!

The product is total crap-DO NOT BUY!!!

This product came defected, same day sent a message, and video. I put the barrel on and it will not come off. The answer is it is "I have forwarded my concern for assessment. The small print says, if a defect they will pay for shipping, and your money will be back. Delayed responses, and the actual product is not from Toronto, it feels like a cheap plastic tool. The customer service is definitely lacking, I do believe this needs to be taken further up - to ensure companies like these are held responsbile for customer issues with the product. They are quick to take your money.

The product is very cheap, and when I approached them to return, they did respond with a long laundry list of credentials, which whatever I was ok with because I didn't use it really, other that the blow dryer one and not the brush combs. She then proceeded to give me the address, which is China!!!!!!!!!! Very misleading and now I'm stuck with the product, which in addition, when I was purchasing it, it oddly added two (not sure if it was my screw up or not but leads me to wonder),
Anyhow, shipping is crazy so not sure now.

As I see, I’m not the only person that is writing these reviews for hey curl. I have been dealing with Miranda from customer service for the past week. Their policies are unacceptable. I used one tool attachment for two minutes and realized how poor the quality was of this item I reached out to customer service and they advised me that they don’t do returns. They did offer me a credit, but then asked me after that to return the item so it made me think. Why would they want an item return that they said they could not use for hygiene reasons.? and I would be paying for the shipping back to China when they state is coming from Canada. This company is a scam please buyers beware and do not buy from them. The biggest waste of money and I hope that people see this more and more and this company goes out of business.

The multistyler didn't work for me. It arrived with some scratches. The company refused to return due to hygienic reasons, but I was under the impression that you could try it and return within 30 days if not 100% satisfied. Very misleading ads and stated return policy.

If there was less than 1 star I would give it. Garbage product. Garbage customer service and their money back guarantee is a lie. Do not order.

This is the worst product I have ever bought. It doesn't work, doesn't dry hair, doesn't curl hair, I've sent dozens of emails back and forth plus multiple videos showing it doesn't work and they will not refund money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Unit worked for 16 days, then the locking mechanism broke. Contacted the supplier and they said they would only provide a refund within 7 days.

DO NOT BUY THIS. ITS A SCAM AND THE 60 DAY GUARANTEED IS NOT GUARANTEED.

I would rate zero stars if i could. Total scam. Terrible product. Basically a windstorm that does nothing to style your hair. Terrible customer service refuse to help. Also they offer a free membership with the purchase, clearly states free then they begin charging you a monthly fee. They send you emails at least twice a week telling you they are shipping your order when you haven't ordered anything but wait in fear you will be charged again for something you never ordered. Interesting, they bombard your social media. When you check the posted reviews they are always the same 3 people ( probably owners). When you post a negative comment it does not get posted. Try again and the ghost you,they no longer appear on any of your feeds. Stay away….

However, your request to send the product to a US address suggests that this may be a misleading address. The company was shipping products directly from China, indicating that it is not truly Canadian despite its name. This is yet another instance of false advertising to customers claiming that the product is Canadian. Everything about this company is fake and misleading.

Do not order from this brand! the brush is very flimsy and the bristles do not properly capture strands of hair, which makes it impossible to dry your hair and look smooth. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they advised that the product cannot be returned if it has been used.. This is unacceptable considering , how are we supposed to say if we like a product or not until we use it?
We’ll never order from this company again.

I was skeptical but excited to try this curler. I know they had a 60 day money back guarantee so I figured it was worth trying.

It didnt work at all for my hair type. My hair is fine and medium density. It also got quite tangled and was not easy to use. I tires with wet hair, damp hair and mostly dry hair and none worked. I tried to return but due to hygienic reasons they will not return it. How do you know if it’s works if you can’t try it?!

Such a scam!! Also I tried to add negative reviews to social media and they keep deleting my reviews. I also see the same “fake” reviews and pics on multiple different social media platforms.
