I ordered a copper personalised cake topper for my wedding. When the order arrived it was neon orange, I contacted the company via facebook and received an apologetic message and a promise of the correct cake topper being sent within the week. I was thrilled and thought about how amazing the customer service was....however, after weeks of chasing up the order as our wedding date was drawing closer, there was no further contact from the lady I spoke to. It was such a disappointment and I was so upset. I don't think I would have minded if it was for something else, however this was our wedding day and to completely ignore customers after you have promised something is absolutely disgusting. I will never use this company again and will deter any of my friends from using this company in the future.

No communication on delivery date. Had to email myself to find out. Was provided with a date but then the item didn’t show up. Chased for a week with the company via email, text, phone calls and WhatsApp with contact details provided on website. Also tried to get in contact via social media (Instagram/Facebook). Only got a response once I said I would report them to trading standards and watchdog. All I wanted to know was when I would receive my order and if they were not able to fulfil it could they provide me with a refund.
No apology given, but I was refunded for my order. If they can’t fulfil their orders they should not be taking them, especially if they are providing customers with a delivery date. I’m not convinced the products even exist. Don’t waste your time, energy or money. Very unprofessional.

Rose gold cake topper was cheaper than other similar products I’ve seen/had in the past without compromising on quality! Very quick delivery and finished off our wedding cake perfectly! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Here’s To Us again in the future :-)
