Placed an order on boxing day which was a gift for my best friend's engagement and it didn't arrive until the 19th Jan as the original parcel got lost in the post but a replacement one was sent first class. Item looks lovely though, so pleased with it

Lost two items in one month.
Both say deliverd to me.
Nothing I can do even though my cctv shows no Hermes people have ever been to mine.
Hermes response is it was deliverd.

I would definitely recommend. The customer service and quality is great. I emailed on a Sunday as I thought my xmas decoration was scratched, I received a reply straight away saying they were sorry to hear that but wanted to check I had removed the clear protective film. I hadn't. So embarrassing for me. I removed it and the decoration was shiny and scratch free and lovely. I have since ordered 3 more for family and friends. Also came in really good time to say it was personalised with names. Thank you

Purchased the current COVID memory Christmas decoration.Service was very good & prompt, my only negative comment I have is whilst it was nicely presented in a gift box, it was however very plain & dull for Christmas 🙁 Could do with a little bit more “ luxury”or a simple stylish sticker applied to promote the company.i feel a little disappointed as I am giving as a gift.

I purchased a "pocket hug " sent to my grandma at the start of lockdown, though unfortunately passed away a few days after placing my order. When I left a comment on fb saying how lovely the item was and would be placed with my grandma as my last hug to her as she had recently passed unexpectedly. I was immediately inboxed condolences and given a full refund. An extremely kind gesture and shows this company has a true kind and compassionate heart. Would highly recommend them to anyone

I bought a couple of wooden baby signs for friends with new babies and they're beautiful! The quality is excellent and they arrived quickly - both friends were thrilled with them so I will be buying again.
