Good quality CBD products and great customer service
I came across HempElf website whilst browsing other companies promoting CBD products and found this particular one to be exactly what I was looking for and can confidently say they live up to their customer satisfaction. I have tried other CBD products in the past and can most definitely tell the difference between their quality and standards.
I don't have to wait long for the distribution of service and receive timely updates regarding shipment and dispatch. I would definitely recommend this business to those in search of quality of CBD products and service.

I have two websites I use for cbd…
I have two websites I use for cbd flower and hemp elf is one of them which I buy the goods flower selection. The other I use is flow gardens USA selection from the cbd flowershop. From my experience hemp elf have the bangers if you choose the right strain but flow gardens is more consistent. The biscotti, the mango velvet etc by the goods are elite and I love them however they have strains like shangri-la and some others I really did not like. So im more selective when it comes to hempelf however when I get one thats for me its really enjoyable.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality…
Pleasantly surprised with the quality products and huge range of options. I have tried CBD products from other vendors and i almost gave up trying to find decent product until I came across Hemp Elf. There are products for every budget, though I would recommend the shake option which really surprised me as the bits were much bigger than expected and you get a good mix of herb. Effects were very noticeable as well, you physically feel like you've consumed cannabis but without any mental high or impairment, but the body buzz us very enjoyable to relax in the evening. Highly recommended!

Company refused to pay for shipping on…
Company refused to pay for shipping on a replacement part for a faulty product they sold me.
They have refused responsibility to the product they have sold as I have opened it.
They have called me demanding since I said I don’t believe I should be paying for postage, for a part that may, or may not, fix the issue.
They repeatedly calling me a different name, (to be weird?) and just really combative. Whoever was sending emails was using really manipulative tones to try and justify themselves.
I’m concerned that the product I have ordered is not genuine.
Just really not a nice experience from a company. Go elsewhere for a better vibe, stay away from this place.

When a potential fault is reported, we always offer support in line with consumer rights. In this case, we asked for the device to be returned so we could confirm whether a fault exists, a standard part of the process. If confirmed, we would of course offer a replacement or refund, along with reimbursement for the return postage.
We regret the misspelling of your name in earlier replies and apologise sincerely for any frustration this caused. It was not intentional, and we’ve since corrected our records.

Really Nice Product
Great plant structure, lovely aroma and flavour from the 4 strains I've tried so far. Great flavoursome filler for me, for the relatively bland MC I vape these days. Cheaper than my clinic's balanced flos with much more choice and,( for me), a much better personal outcome. 3/4 day delivery to Scotland, well within expectations.

Ordered for delivery to the UK and was told 3-10 working days from dispatch. It came on the 3rd working day, so as quick as possible which I was very pleased with. Then, opened the pack or Super Silver Haze and was amazed by the look and smell of it. It was just like regular buds that I would buy years ago when I used to smoke it. I started getting paranoid and lazy with regular thc buds so quit a couple of years ago. But have been feeling stressed lately and struggled sleeping so I decided to try the CBD flowers here to see if it could take the edge off. I have had one of the super silver hazes this morning in a joint, it has left me with a nice feeling but no heavy high and feeling lazy, as it is meant to be an energising variety from reading up on it here. And I love the smell and taste of it. 10/10. Tonight I will try the relaxing variety of flowers that I got also, cheese/deisel/strawberry kush. One a night to help me sleep and relax. Really looking forward to trying those and hoping they do help me sleep! Very impressed with this store, value and quality you can not complain! I read reviews here and the negative ones before purchase and I was a bit nervous about it but so glad I purchased now. And will be back for more if it does help me unwind and sleep. I have tension pain in my shoulder so hoping it helps with that also. Experience so far from all aspects from ordering/delivery time/product and overall is 10/10 I can't fault this company whatsoever. If you enjoy the smell and taste of thc bud but no longer is good for your mental health and wellbeing I would highly suggest trying the flowers from here!
