Hummer Folding MTB is good VFM although ..
Delivery was quick, well packaged with no damage in transit. The Hummer Folding MTB is good VFM although the gears changers are a bit flakey and occasionally don't select accurately/consistently or slip out of gear. I'd buy another BUT now that e-bikes are everywhere I was hoping for an E-option for this bike by now.

Todo perfecto. He comprado una fat bike, todo correcto tanto en los plazos de entrega como la bici en general. Una vez montada aún es más impresionante. Buena comunicación y he estado informada en todo momento.

Perfecto. La bicicleta llegó muy rápido
La bicicleta llegó muy rápido. Compré una fixie brooklin y la verdad que aparte de la estética tan xula, es una bici que va de 10. Si que llegó con alguna rallada pero es normal en un envío largo.
Muy satisfecha.

Ottimo prodotto,ho acquistato una Fat Bike Arizona e la ho convertito in E-BIKE con un Bafang da 1000watt + una batteria da 25Ah ,ho ottenuto un prodotto superlativo, probabilmente ne aquistero sicuramente ancora.

Fatbike met problemen
Fatbike besteld, doos zwaarbeschadigd afgeleverd erg veel beschadegingen op het frame en zelfs op de velgen.
Bij montage tegen wat problemen aan gelopen zoals een voorvorkpen die een productie fout heeft ( mijn fietsenmaker lost dit op).
Moet wel eerlijk zijn de fiets was redelijk goedkoop €320,- met verzending.

I bought the Helliot Road Bike Sport…
I bought the Helliot Road Bike Sport 003 last month, the delivery was pretty fast as I got the bike delivered in less than a week. Assembling the bike was not as easy, although it came with the instructions and the necessary tools I had to bring it to a professional. After I used it for the first time I found that the breaks and the chain needed some further adjustments. I used the bike few times after these were fixed and it’s going great so far. Good value for the price.

Ordered the Helliot Hummer and received…
Ordered the Helliot Hummer and received the bicycle in a bad state. Received a damaged frame, derailleur didn't fit so bought and mounted a new one to the rearwheel axis directly instead to the frame. Brake disc from front was bent and didn't fit. Frametube for mounting the saddle was also bent (oval) and needed some additional work to made fit.

Bueno precio, buena bici
Compre mi bicicleta en esta tienda porquè queria una bicicleta sencilla para ir por ciudad si tener que gastarme un ojo de la cara. Me decante por una Fixie. El pedido me llego en perfecto estado en el plazo de 48h establecido. Llevo un mes utilizando la bicicleta y funciona perfectamente.
La relación calidad precio es correcta y estoy satisfecho con mi compra.

Helliot Berlin Adictiva
Compré dos Helliot Berlin y lo cierto es que estamos encantados, la utilizamos para dar una vuelta todos los fines de semana, y la verdad es que nos encanta, es muy cómoda, es bastante ligera y se adapta a la ciudad. Hemos empezado a coger un habito muy beneficioso para nuestra salud. Lo cierto es que son adictivas.

He pedido por varios medios, un recambio. Piden fotos, pero luego no contestan. A otro familiar, le derivaban día tras día a diferentes correos, pero no los leian y siempre recibía la respuesta tipo. Así no se atiende a los clientes.

On 28.1.2020 I ordered a Bike Sport 03…
On 28.1.2020 I ordered a Bike Sport 03 refurbished (at 30 EUR less than the new one) with an order confirmation. I received a scratched frame with no wheels, one pedal, and broken and missing parts.
After my complaint I received arrogant answers. Until today I have not received any refund.
I regard such behaviour as criminal and warn everyone doing business with Helliott.
