Commandé un vélo Bangkok. Reçu rapidement. Toutefois, piètre qualité. Dérailleur tordu donc in réglable. Si je serre la roue avant, le fourche se tord et donc ne tourne plus. Après 2 jour d'utilisation la pédale gauche tombe. Le pas de vis complètement foiré, gage de la piètre qualité du matériel. Obligé de changer tout le pédalier. 300€ foutu en l'air pour ce vélo. Bref je déconseille fortement. C'est une m....

La atención al cliente es casi nula y la calidad también. Y estoy teniendo problemas con ellos para que apliquen la garantía y no ha pasado ni una semana de la compra. No le recomiendo a nadie el error de comprar esta marca y menos por ínternet.

Très mauvaise expérience et la dernière. VTT de piètre qualité livré avec quelques chocs, sans protection de valve, et avec une fourche qui ne fonctionne pas du tout, aucun débattement, puis un frein à disque avant défectueux. Pas de service après vente potable. Ce site de vente est une honte, je vous conseille de fuir cette marque. J'ai perdu mon argent, impossible d'être remboursé.

Helliot bikes weigerde om e-step kosteloos te repareren binnen de wettelijke garantietermijn. E-step is nooit teruggestuurd, al langer dan 1 jaar bij Helliot bikes in bezit! Helliot bikes reageert niet op de correspondentie van onze jurist!

Habe einen Helliot E-Scooter (klappbar und mit Sitz) vor ca. 2 Jahren im Internet bestellt. Er kam unvollständig (u.a. ohe Sattel und Stangenteil) hier an. Fristgerechte Reklamation und Rücksendung wurden ignoriert, Annahme wure verweigert. Schreiben, Mahnungen und Fristsetzungen vom Anwalt wurden ebenalls ignoriert.
Bis heute keine Nachlieferung, keine Antwort, nichts!
Ich kann nur jeden vor dieser Firma warnen!!!

La bicicletta è arrivata in ottime condizioni, la spedizione è stata velocissima circa 7 giorni lavorativi, unica pecca sono le istruzioni, non sono molto intuitive ma con un po’ di logica ci si arriva. La bici é pratica e comoda, i materiali non sono il top ma al prezzo pagato vanno più che bene! Assolutamente consigliato come sito!

Cuando uno escrive la verdsd sobre esas bicicletas de Helliot que salen con problemas y asi selos entregan a los clientes ,pero ellos no responden cuando uno les da critica sobre sus productos tan malos , saben muy bien que estas bicicletas hay que cotrolarlos antes de enviar , pero no la hacen y asi no sehace negocio .

Probablemente la mejor relación calidad/precio que puedas encontrar en el mercado. No doy 5 estrellas porque tuve que llevarla al mecánico para que enderezara los discos de frenos que ambos venían un poco doblados y rozaban con las pastillas de freno.

I had problems in the package, the fork arrive wrong, and the rear derailleur incrusted on the back tire, they send me a fork "new fork"... because was short and with glue and paper from some sticker they had put on this, and called me to go to a specialiced store so this could be better, in the store right i came with the bike they told me is a cheap scam, in good words, and told me i was about to expend a lot more money to change what is really wrong with the bike.... i already spend 300€, for a "cheat" oh... sorry cheap bike so.... i prefer to give up, because the aluminun of the bike was really soft.... i never see an aluminun like that even in windows.... so
GO ANOTHER PLACE THIS PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK, when all came wrong from the begining.

I bought a folding bike Hummer 01 and I recommend it 100%. Good ratio price/quality, really comfortable and useful as mean of transport for the city.

Accettabile. La porto sempre con me sulla macchina e per ciclabili e città ottima. Non trovo i ricambi per le pastiglie freni. Monta Shimano ma non c'è chiaro il modello di pastiglie da prendere.

Tenho uma bike bangkok mas o amortecedor dianteiro esteve sempre rigido , nunca consegui que ele ficasse flexivel , alguem com o mesmo problema ?
Era suposto ele fazer as duas funções . Quer em estrada quer em todo o terreno.

Awful! The customer service is deliberately bad!
I ordered a fixie brooklyn,Selected the colour only to be told that the colour I wanted was out of stock.
The bike arrived with dusty wheels!! When I complained the WhatsApp person ignored me.
I was told that it wasn't dust.
I took the bike to be assembled at decathlon only for them to tell me the bike was basically very poor quality.
My friend loved the look of it and despite my warning went to purchase one.
They did the exact same thing!
Took the order then informed her that the colour was out of stock so to pick another.

They are scammers! Absolutely awful customer service!

Notice how they have only responded to the good reviews but not responded to any of the complaints.
Do not buy from this company their goods and customer service is awful!!!!!

This company is the worst experience I have had in my life. I bought two bikes 2 years ago and one of them felt apart in first 20 minutes. Also, the quality of bikes was awful. They showed a high quality bike (famous brand) in their ads but the bikes I received were something else and very low quality. Then They told me return back the bikes and I did this by my own cost. After they received the bikes they did not answered my calls and emails and after 2 years they have not called me at all. Now, I opened a case in court against them. They have no moral. Please don't do that. They are awful.

Envio perfecto, atencion al cliente tardaron un poco en contestar pero al final bien me solucionaron el imprevisto, en cuanto a la bicicleta para el precio esta mu bien aunque hay materiales algo mejorables, al final recomendaria helliotbikes la verdad.
