Ben and Pete changed my System Boiler to a Combi this week. Work included removing tanks in loft and hot water tank in the airing cupboard. Major work all done to the highest standard in one day ! I am a delighted customer and would recommend anyone to consider this company for their boiler needs.

Heat installed a combination boiler for my elderly mother in-law. They are very professional , understanding and patient. They completed the installation within two days and left the home clean

My radiators weren't getting up to temperature. I had HEAT out to look at the system and their engineer identified the problem immediately. I had to have some pipes replaced because of iron build up. He showed me a magnet sticking to the copper pipes, to confirm there was iron build up inside the pipes. He came back a week later replaced the pipes near the pump and now everything works fine. Really friendly, quick service and I felt confident that he identified the problem correctly and did only the work necessary to fix it.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Put me at my ease about all the work that was carried out. All mess was cleared up and waste taken away.

As always Ian and the team at Heat have done a great job servicing my boiler and also giving me great advice about how to improve water pressure in my home. Personal. Efficient. Easy payment system and always on time.

I use Heat Leicester for my annual boiler service, so when an issue arose with the hot water cylinder I contacted them to fix the problem. They quoted the work at a fair price and the repair was carried out by the same engineer (Zach) who is always prompt and efficient.

Arrived on time. Friendly and courteous. Cleared up after work. Would not have known he had visited. They fitted my boiler three years ago and work and tidying up was first class
