Some advisers are helpful some are not
Received a renewal quote. Phone to say I get a cheaper quote with Healthy pets online but female customer adviser said she can’t do a quote on the phone- everything has to be done online and that I have to cancel my policy for auto renew and do the new policy myself online.
When Setting up the policy there was an error in the level of protection I needed. I phoned to get this fixed and this time the male customer adviser was able to quote me over the phone!

Identical policy much cheaper if you take out new policy instead of renewing
When my renewal came through from Healthy Pets I was surprised that it had increased so much. When I did a comparison to find an alternative provider the same cover was available with Heathy Pets for £7 per month less than my renewal quote - the only drawback was I had to take out a new policy & set up another direct debit with them

Value for money.
What attracted me to Healthy Pets was I thought it was good value for money. It was substantially cheaper than my previous insurer. It was also easy to complete the formalities for starting the policy.

I done a quote online and renewal was more expensive than a new quote (30 % more expensive). Call customer service : they were not able to offer the same. It always the case i have a customer for 8 years.:(

Terrible company
Terrible company. Took four weeks to even respond to the claim submission despite being chased. Another submission was delayed when submitted at the same time as the initial claim. Refused to pay out despite my dog not being diagnosed before the commencement of policy. Communications and customer service is terrible. Avoid like the plague!
