Terrible. I ordered cod liver oil without vitamin A as it was described to be without vitamin A. They give me cod liver oil with vitamin A. I tried to get a refund or switch product but no one got back to me. So I’m just left with a bulk of product I didn’t want but paid for. Awful.

If I could give them 0, I would!

I ordered a Brita jar from Healthxpress.ie. Because we were in the middle of moving, we didn’t open it straight away and left it in our new house. When we finally unpacked, we discovered the jar was broken. I even provide photos.
I contacted customer service immediately, and they told me they would investigate. That was 15 days ago, and I have heard nothing back since. No updates, no replacement, no refund – just silence.
This is unacceptable. When a product arrives damaged, especially one that wasn’t even opened until later due to moving, the company should still take responsibility and resolve the issue promptly. Healthxpress.ie has failed to do that, leaving me with a broken product and no support.

I would not recommend ordering from them at all!

wouldn’t recommend buying this electric toothbrush. Mine arrived and I charged it worked for 2 mins and turned off while customer service responded to my first email, they never followed up or resolved the issue. Very disappointing experience overall.

I don’t want to test their customer service in terms of refund or replacement as few people mentioned is terrible but in terms of buying and shipping stuff I can’t complain. 👍

Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars. I purchased a (pretty expensive) razor but on arrival I realised I had purchased the wrong product. As the electric shaver was bought online, distance selling regulations apply. These give a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can return the item for any reason, provided it hasn't been excessively used and is returned in good condition. In my case, the lid was opened and resealed. I then drove to the shop and returned the product in person.
It would appear this shop are not familiar with CCPC laws / obligations as they have refused to offer a refund so I have been forced to pursue legal recourse.

I would strongly advise you not to shop at this store as it would appear that this is a regular occurance. Avoid at all costs!!

They're response is untrue. Only after I engaged the courts did I get a response indicating a refund. Their CEO even responded rejecting a refund prior to this. Disgraceful CX. Review stands, avoid at all costs

Ordered a Remington styler, worked for the first 3 weeks and now it is faulty (low power) HealthXpress are making this process extremely difficult with delayed response via email and asking for videos of the product which I did provide and then stating that the product is working when it is not.
No answer on the phone and it’s been 2 weeks now since I asked to return an item and made no progress. If a product is faulty you have to accept a return.
The support for any products is awful. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Would not recommend. Emailed customer service to send back a hairdryer that I was unsatisfied with. Straight out refused to accept it back, wouldn’t even investigate if it was faulty. They stated in email that ‘there is nothing wrong with the hairdryer’ 😂 absolutely shocking customer care.

Order received the next day, super efficient and prices are very competitive. Bought a hairdryer that was at least 20 euro cheaper than in Boots. Would highly recommend
