What a joke
What a joke. I claimed for a dental accident. My companys policy aloved 400 pounds for a dental accident. I broke my tooth by eating sandwich ,I needed a dental crown. Paid 332 pounds for the crown. Submitted claim,3 times been declined. No explanation at all.
Send email asking what wrong,got reply that i didn't tell how accident happened. Explained everything and today i been declined again, accepted only dental claim,but not accident. They didn't like how my accident happened. Probably would be very happy if i had a car crash or something similar. So yes,make sure you having accident in the correct way 🙈Lost for worlds. Health shield saved money 💰

Very easy to claim, good levels of cover and the app is excellent.
It was so straightforward to see the levels of cover that I have, how much I've used and what is left. Claiming is simple and payment swift.
