Bloody disgusting. Rob was extremely unprofessional and proceeded to sexually harass me the whole time he was here to remove my mould. Asking me morbid and inappropriate questions such as asking if I would sleep with him. Keep in mind I am a 19 year old young girl and Rob is an older man who took advantage to make such suggestions only when I was with him by ourselves. Made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. Once I paid him I confronted him through text messaging to which he ignored and then threatened a lawsuit against me! Horrific, DO NOT use this service. Did a rubbish job too, didn't even clean all of the mould like we agreed. £325 for a half assed job with a side of harassment. Awful.

Turned up late most mornings, left early most days, cancelled at the last minute multiple times. Highlight was when he asked whether we needed the exact same type of skirting board on the final day, and we returned to two slabs of thick square plywood grouted onto the wall. Very poor professional in terms of skill, price and service.

Do not trust this company! I purchased an extractor fan for over £1,000 with the promise - in writing - that it would come with a guarantee I could pass on to a new buyer of my flat. I was hassled for payment with the promise that the guarantee would follow once I had paid. Over a year and many emails later I have never received a guarantee - it was clearly a complete lie to make me buy this unit. The unit works ok but without the guarantee it is not worth the money.

I do not recommend this company.

I recently hired this company re-grout a bathroom. They were expensive but I though that they also should do it properly. Unfortunately, it was not a case.

They put a new grout and it looked good at the beginning. However, the new grout cracked in many places in 2 weeks. I also noticed multiple pinholes.
They told me that it happened because the grout dried too quickly. But, as professionals, they should evaluate all conditions and apply the right type of grout and make sure that it does not dry to quickly.

To be fair, they suggested to fix it but I did not want to hire them again because I was not sure that they will do a good job and they would not have a right motivation to do it properly.

I asked about a refund but unfortunately they refused. So I wasted several hundred pounds and few days of my time.
