Ridiculous so called service to begin…
Ridiculous so called service to begin with since day 1. I took their "service" for piercing ears and have had a series of completely unpleasant and disappointing experience throughout! I went to get the piercing done on the scheduled time and they were so UNPREPARED that day that I had to wait roughly 25 mins when it was not even busy! Now the person who did piercing told me if anything goes wrong you can come back to the place so they can fix the matter. and the piercing was not done right and as a result in just 3 days it came off on its own! so I immediately called them so they could fix it by re-piercing it to which they started to give excuses that the only person who does piercing is nowhere to be found(said shamelessly) and it wasn't certain when she would come. (If you cannot hold of your own staff member who does such senstive job, why do you even offer this kind service in the first place?) However they said they would call me back and update me, WHICH REALLY NEVER HAPPENED! Extremely LAME SERVICE!
I patiently waited for 3 weeks and gave them the benefit of doubt. I called about 7-8 times in 3 weeks and didn't receive a call for once as were promised by them several times! I am not really sure if they do that to all their customers or was just some DISCRIMINATION which it actually felt like so many times! Finally in the forth week a Lame Service provider person called katrina who had been giving me false promises, said that I will have TO PAY AGAIN to get the piercing done as a part of solution(Which actually isn't a solution at all obviously!) When I said she could have told me that before, she started playing fool and said she didn't know that! I wonder why was she handling this situation in the first place when she had no idea and why they show to provide this service when they are so LAME AND REDICULOUS at it and not offering any solution to this kind of fragile and sensitive process of piercing? katrina and other 2 staff members I spoke with didn't seem to care at all to help fix anything throughout!
I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to opt for their piercing service or any service for that matter as from my nightmare experience it is safe to say they don't give a damn about their customers if encountered with any issues after receiving money! No responsibility or accountability pertaining to the the service they call they provide! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AND ADDED RIDICULOUS & UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM THEM.
Wouldn't even give one star and wasn't worth generous tip I gave upfront despite their LAME service! No professionalism whatsoever! SCAM FOR PIERCING SERVICE!
