This company promised a 3-5 day delivery window on a gift I was sending a friend in Winnipeg. There was a 5 day delay in despatch. I attempted the cancel based on unfulfilled contract. They blamed the courier (with no proof). The goods were ‘attempted’ to be delivered 6 days later (when the recipient was not expecting delivery and not home). They then left the onus on the recipient to collect the item from the courier. They refused to refund based on non-fulfilment if the recipient could not get to wherever the pickup point was in 5-7 days .

I do not recommend this company.

Avoid ordering here. Ordered a Baby Girl box set that was $120 after tax and was supposed to include a stuffed bunny along with a few items like pink socks etc for a baby girl. They sent a stuffed wolf with none of the other items that were supposed to be included. When I emailed that we received the wrong package, they said it was a “substitution”. Not sure how a substitution for a baby girl box set can be one small blue stuffed animal. They declined my request to receive the set I paid for or issue a refund.

My granddaughter received her muffins and was so over the top surprised!!! She brought them to school to share with friends !!! Thank you for making the difference in her day. And helping me send muffins from her Nana on the other coast of Canada 💁🏻‍♀️

Horrible. 2 weeks and not shipped. Customer service lied about shipping and snarky reply when confronted. What a waste of time.

The receiver loved the gift. I had made a mistake in the address and the delivery driver went out of his way to ensure that she received it.

I have ordered several times and it's always been a positive experience.

I wanted to send a birthday gift to my son. I chose a cake and champagne basket. The price was around $300. My account was immediately charged for this. Two days later, I received a notification that due to a problem with my payment, the money would be refunded. What's the problem with the money if they'd already charged it and my order was canceled? The company is Yorkville's. The next day, I placed a similar order with Hazelton's. The result was the same. I had to pay again because their computer... I sent an e-transfer as requested, and the next day I received a warning that the fruit and cake I ordered might spoil and were awaiting my decision. It was close to my birthday, so I agreed to the shipment, considering the risk. Two days later, I received a notification: the order was canceled on the day of delivery. A complete lack of responsibility and customer care. I have the impression that both of these companies are working together, as their websites look identical in terms of both the design and the banking issues. I do not recommend using their services to anyone. It looks like a scam to me.

Delivery timely. Basket was beautiful and the prices are so reasonable.

This was for a friend who was taking care of her elderly mother in the hospital. I wanted her to have easy options for food and snacks as sometimes Caregivers need some someone to care for them too. The basket arrived right in time with great quality food and options. Thank you for making things easy for all people.

Thank you; another well-received delivery. I've used you a number of times over the past few years. Your website is easy to use and deliveries are on time. The only late one was my fault as I ordered it too late.

Though the items themselves are wonderful, the service is not, and the customer support is worse. I ordered a gift set and florals to someone as a birthday gift, ordered it many days in advance, and asked for delivery to be on their birthday. The package arrived 3 days after their birthday and only one part. The next part arrived a day after that.

When I contacted customer support (this was before it was delivered; the day after the recipient's birthday), I was met with "there is a tracking number, watch that to see when it will be delivered".

I explained that I selected the date for delivery and it was still not there, after that date had passed, and that I could see when the estimated arrival date was, and that I was deeply disappointed that it was multiple days after I had selected for it to arrive. (If I knew there could be a day or two delay, I would have chosen expedited delivery.)

I was then met with a simple "We're sorry for any inconvenience caused."

Nothing to try and rectify the situation. It was a cold and emotionless response that has led me to now want to have nothing to do with this company in the future if this is how they treat their customers.

I found Hazelton's website easily online. The website was very user friendly and efficient. They displayed their product expertly and allowed the customer to view a wide range of product alongside prices. Costs were shown upfront with no hidden charges. They made sending items within Canada easy especially from the UK. Delivery to my friends was timely and as agreed. I would have no hesitation using them again or indeed recommending them.

I would not shop here again. They substituted the most important item in the basket, and that ruined both the presentation and quality. For that price, I could have done so much better. Do not recommend.
