Excellent customer service from Gemma and I was helped initially by Denise. Gemma had all the information requested ready for me when she phoned, answered my questions honestly and gave me some good advice. Very knowledgeable.
I was very impressed with her and after some discussion with my daughter we booked later that day. The booking process over the phone was easy and quick.
