Disappointment and apprehension
I have always found your agents to be 5 star but unfortunately this time the agent was completely incompetent. He sent my deposit to the wrong place, he had to keep asking for help as he messed the booking up several times. He got the cabin number wrong, he forgot to give us the two copies of the booking form etc. I shall make sure I deal with Nicola next time . I do not expect Callum(?) to still be employed by you when I return in November to pay. I am very concerned that he may have made a mistake we did not spot and our holiday is ruined.
