I was advised Air India was very good
I was advised Air India was very good . I told people who I had book with and was told do not use as they have a very bad reputation. On looking at reviews I found no positives. Very disappointed with your staff member, feel like I was miss sold and advised.

A friendly face is always a good start
And a warm welcome. I briefly explained what i was looking for and straight away Melissa was on the screen showing me options.for my booking. She was very knowledgeable. I left with information to share with friends and we had a couple of queries which i emailed in. I had very swift replies , with more help to enable us to book the holiday. We are all very happy with this excellent level of service.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Found the right holiday for me quickly and gave me good advice. As it was a late booking they sorted all my documentation there and then. Overall a positive experience and I would use them again.
