The people were lovely and so helpful they didn’t try to sell me the most expensive one which I know some places have done to my family members which was lovely.

We always use the Westbourne branch as all the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great also very helpful in finding what we are looking for.

The Staff are very polite and helpfull, I deal with Paula who has been very helpful on several occasions.

Booking was OK in Hays Travel but it would of been easier add the health questions done in the shop, but had to phone the insurance company to add the health questions.
