Booking website is a little bit 'clunky' for cruises but other than that all good. Booked exactly what I wanted relatively easily and at a lower price than going directly through the cruise company.... Se mer

Good value, it included transfers and baggage for the hold at no extra cost. Only thing that would have been good is more hotel options in the resort as there was only one.

The discount code didn't work even…

The discount code didn't work even though we fulfilled the spend criteria, otherwise we found the holiday we wanted to book really easily,

Just an update to say that after some email correspondence, the discount was applied retrospectively and I am happy with the service recovery. Good job Hays Travel
