Not the best experience with Hays this…
Not the best experience with Hays this time. What should have been a straightforward booking turned into something more expensive and with errors (on their part) time-consuming to get sorted. We got there in the end but I was left disappointed with the experience. Shame as we’ve usually been pleased with Hays.

After trying to book flights to see my…
After trying to book flights to see my son in New Zealand on internet with lots of confusion and bad previous experience i took my friends advice and called Atlanta at Hays and within a very short period of time everything sorted and so much better to talk to someone that cares.
All future bookings will be done with Atlanta at Hays
Great first time experience.
Finally it's not always cheaper on the internet i know.
