We waited over an hour for assistant to be able to contact cruise company on the phone. Yes I did say an hour. Not the assistants fault at all but still a nightmare.

We have just booked our holiday with Hay's Travel, for the second time. They explain all the details about the holiday make and it easy to understand . Would
recommend them to anyone how is thinking of a

I was initially disappointed there were 8 booking desks and only two assistants serving, I had to wait almost an hour, However when Liam did help us he was excellent and couldn’t do enough to help us, he is a credit to your company

Absolutely amazing Ricky the manager in HAYS TRAVEL GYLE shopping centre Edinburgh couldn’t of got anyone better he was absolutely fantastic and spent time searching for the right cruise for us as this was the very first cruise we be going on.As he has lots of experiences with cruising. he had been on lots of cruises in the past And full of lots of knowledge regarding places to go and see very helpful.

Staff were so helpful and assisted in my requirements regarding ‘social’ flight timings. There is nothing worse than having to check out if your accommodation by a certain time and having a 12 hour wait for your red eye flight.

The agent offered a number of options to consider and I can say that they sorted a great all inclusive deal which I accepted.

What a great experience we had with Rick in Hay's travel Gyle Edinburgh, he was so knowledgeable and helpful re cruises and had been on the ship were going on which was great, gave lots of Advice and the fact Hays travel agents will be with us all the way was very reassuring thank you Rick for your help it was very much appreciated

My visit to Hays travel went well. I got flights booked quickly and efficiently and the staff were polite.

Thought we would try Hays for a change went with Barrhead last few times which was ok shop in the Gyle was empty decided on Aiden who was pleasant and put us at ease straight away were undecided where we wanted to go decided on Portugal as we had been two years ago booking was very straightforward same apartments got all the information we needed all in all no problems
