Straight forward process really helpful Holiday booked.

Emma gave us all her attention and looked into all our requests re dates.
She is always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We had a lovely lady called Julie who was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable.
She helped alot in our decision on where to go giving advice on destinations.
We even got offered a chocolate

I guess the only thing we maybe could off improved on was needing a drink. We were in the store a while and felt very thirsty after.

This is not a negative for Julie but perhaps just something that can be offered to customers when they come in.

The exceptional service given to me by Ben. Very polite which a lovely welcoming smile, he's an asset to the company! He could advise me on which country to look at after asking me what sort of holiday I was looking for & when I wanted to go & price range. He covered all bases

Julie was very helpful and gave us exactly what we required, as have all your staff in the past.
