Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time to find you the holiday you want. Nothing is too much trouble. We now use Hays Swindon for all our holiday bookings as it's great service everytime we call in.

Emma and Ben had the resort knowledge making the package booking easy. Good options for various flight companies to match our budget and requirements were provided. Package pricing was better than we found online. But key to helping us decide our holiday was their access to information which was either vague or non-existent from the online travel agents.

Ben from the Swindon was just amazing(pink pen) he made shall we got the best deal at the time for the holiday.

Once again booked a holiday with Hays Swindon, and once again I couldn't fault how extremely professional and courteous the staff are. Lisa is a star and knows exactly what we are looking for.
