Hays Travel - Swansea Omdömen 

My favourite place to book my holidays. Caroline in the Swansea store is a gem. Having limited mobility she went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were covered.

Great service by Courtney, asked if I had been on a Cruise before and when I said no took time to explain things I wouldnt have thought of such as position on the ship would dictate how much you felt the ship move and how the pull down beds work etc

reason experience was so good was all down to COURTNEY her help advice and service was amazing. First time ever been to HAYS TRAVEL to book a holiday and certainly wont be the last. All down to COURTNEY we travel abroad several times a year. First Class Service

It is important to myself and my partner that we talk to someone rather than go online, it's the human touch, and we have been using the same shop for yrs, in fact we used to use Thomas Cook and when Hay's took over we were so glad they kept the staff on, they are all helpful and their guidance is invaluable, cannot heap enough praise on them. Corrin is our usual go to agent and she is fantastic nothing is to much trouble give this lady a pay rise, give them all more, the staff make the shop and they deserve more than just stars.

Caroline at Hays Swansea is extremely helpful & found myself & 2 friends a great deal to go to Porto in September. Good flight times & excellent hotel near to the centre. Fantastic trip.

Corrine went above and beyond to ensure we and our friends had the holiday we wanted - ensuring the right dates, ship and cabins.
There was a problem in that the one cabin she had put in her basket whilst she completed one of our bookings, became unavailable even though it was in her basket, however, she rang Princess and eventually we were able to have two cabins together although we had to pay more. Thank you Corrine - always the professional!!

Staff very helpful in Swansea branch.

On arrival I noticed there were 2 staff who were with clients. I was totally ignored, only expecting a smile of recognition or a word acknowledging my presence. Whilst sitting uncomfortably an elderly lady entered. After a few minutes being ignored she walked out; as I would have if I hadn't already paid for my holiday.
Eventually I was spoken to and was informed that I could not have boarding passes as I had not opted for reserved seats. This, in spite of my conversation the day before when I declined reserve seats and was asked to travel to your branch to receive everything I needed including paper boarding passes.
So I've wasted hours. Would you be happy?

We only wanted to organise a little trip to London, which you have done for us before, and we were treated so well by Caroline, so patient and very helpful.
