Booked our second holiday this year with Hays! They always price match from the online price l get which means l don't have the stress of doing it myself. It's so easy to pop into the Spennymoor shop and book with the friendly and helpful staff.

Rebecca and her colleague spent ages pricing up different options until the right option was found for a cruise and pre stay. Very professional and knowledgeable and I felt very confident that the right holiday would be found.

I book all my holidays through spennymoor hays wouldn't go anywhere else staff great and friendly nothing to much trouble talk you through your booking and if you see a holiday on Jet2 or tui they'll match the price and they local any problems you call in the shop .

I'd done some research on the holiday I wanted to book and the agent found it very quickly, she also priced matched it and carried out a search incase it was better priced with another travel agency. She explained all the steps very clearly and had it booked in no time. We've used Hays at spennmoor for previous holidays and due to how friendly, helpful and efficient all the staff are we continuing return.

Cheryl has been absolutley fantastic. She has helped any query I have had and helped me find and book the perfect holiday.
I have had many questions and nothings ever been too much for her, she’s a pleasure to speak with and it’s been a great experience to book with her. I’ve never once felt pressured to book like other previous experiences (not hays) I booked a holiday with her yesterday and decided to book another today.
