From the minute we met she was keen to understand our needs and get to know us as a family to ensure she not only met but exceeded our expectations! She did hours of research, made many phone calls... nothing seems too much trouble for this wonderful lady. I am incredibly excited about the holiday that she has found and booked for us ready for next year. This will be the first of many holidays I book with her!
