Hays Travel - Sleaford Omdömen 

My first contact with Hays Travel for information regarding a package holiday to Sorrento, Italy was with a person named Sarah.
Sarah was very helpful regarding the area in question and was quick to sort out the package I requested.
During our phone conversation she was very polite and answered all of my questions fully, explaining further anything that I wasn't sure of at that time.

Finding the right location and package holiday was made so easy with the relaxing environment and with the extensive experience of the adviser. I Would highly recommend Hays travel sleaford.

Following recent bookings, I was told on both occasions that I would be invited to submit a review on Trustpilot . I did not receive an invitation automatically on either occasion, so am submitting my review anyway!
I have made two booking recently with Richard at the Sleaford Branch. His cruise knowledge is brilliant and he is always polite, courteous and helpful regardless of how many questions I ask! The process on both occasions was simple and I felt everything was explained fully and with clarity. The payment process was done calmly, with ease and without any doubts regarding account security (which in today’s world, is very important). Richard has previously booked hotel with cruise parking and port excursions for us and again, I have been very pleased with his recommendations. I will not hesitate to seek him out for future bookings and have recommended him to family and friends.

Great office and really helpful staff, however they booked a car park significantly more expensive than our previous trip to Luton with a concierge service which we did not ask for; feel a bit let down really. They should have made it clear when we booked what sort of parking arrangement we paid for. Feels like a lack of transparency when booking.
