Our consultant listened to what we wanted the came up with some great options and some advise about dates and flight times,she was ready with info about school holiday times which was a great help. Having looked at the options we choose our holiday and was then taken easily through the booking process

Exceptional service
Exceptional service - especially when this customer wanted to change the hotel within a couple of hours of the original booking. There was no quibbling, just careful research to find me another hotel in my price range, by staff who were pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. Couldn't be faulted, we have used Hays travel before and will do so again
