As always, well looked after at Hays Prenton. Tilly had our holiday swiftly sorted and booked. Always made to feel welcome here.

This was a fabulous experience from walking through the door to walking out with a holiday.We were so impressed with Ella's determination to tick all our boxes that I went back the following day and booked another holiday.All of the staff were really knowledgeable and worked as a team.Well done Ella
