The team in prenton were do I start! excellent staff, us being being consistent customers have always had excellent service Kim, Tilly, Maria, molly, sorry if I left any one out, they go above and beyond brilliant staff, there knowledge is excellent

We went to the Prenton branch on Monday 24th August.
I have recently spent the last 4mths nursing my auntie at home, planning her funeral, which was to take place on the Thursday 27th, with all the stress I needed a holiday, so I asked the consultant to book me a holiday in Spain as soon as after the Thursday, she said she couldn't book a Saturday from Liverpool, but could do the Sunday, I said that would be great.
We should have looked at the paperwork, I now realise that. But we took it that it was booked for the 30th, on arrival at check in, we were advised we were a week early.
Due to the anxiety and stress I already have this was the icing on the cake, I did ring the shop there and then, to be told the consultant would have read the dates out to me, my husband and I do not recall her reading these dates, as we would have said, as we did on arrival to book it we wanted the Sunday.

Excellent service and very professional. Price matched what I found on the internet. Lots of local information given also.

The staff were funny, kind patient and very knowledgeable

Staff bend over backwards to help. You feel confident with their knowledge and reassured if you have any concerns. Most people say the holiday starts when you get the airport. Not in my opinion the excitement and anticipation starts when you build your holiday with the experts in their field. Booking with Hays Travel is the ways to travel. Excuse the pun.
