Hays Travel - Prenton Omdömen 

Since I have started using Hays in Prenton my experience has always been second to none.
Tilly always goes above and beyond. She always thinks outside the box and will give help and advice on every possible aspect of the trip

Molly was very helpful and took her time to make sure we got the best cruise to suit our needs ,

I went into the Prenton branch and was greeted my two girls on their desks as I walked in.
One of the girls who I later found out was Molly , asked what I was looking for.
After explaining what I’d been looking at online and Molly showed me what was available and some alternatives options as well.
Eventually, I did book a holiday for myself and my two daughters for Ibiza in a gorgeous resort which Molly had actually been to herself.
Payment options were explained etc as well as insurance and currency.
I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend to friends and family.

Booking made easy by Kim.Always a very warm and friendly welcome by staff.Very knowledgeable and no pressure put on us as customers to instantly book.(we did!)

Kim was so helpful and very patient with me. I’ve not booked a package holiday before so I was unsure how to but she couldn’t have been any more helpful ! I will definitely book with hays travel again!
