As usual our experience at Hays Travel in Pontefract was extremely good we booked all 3 of our holidays on this occasion and had Katie do all 3 of them she was extremely good with all 3 of them it's a pleasure to book our holidays there as nothing ever is too much trouble for them to do thank you Katie for making this a very easy and enjoyable visit .

It was our first time booking with Hays travel. Your company came highly recommended by our friends and family. We met Alison, she was absolutely amazing asked dates,places and showed us exactly what we had asked for . The overall experience was fantastic. We actually go in 4 weeks and so looking forward to experience our next adventure. Alison was very knowledgeable about where we are going in Turkey , we have never been beforr.we will definitely be going back into store when we come back to book a holiday next year with our granddaughter.
