Not a good experience
Not a good experience. We had to aoy 20 euros for the safe which was not expected. Hygiene is the main moan as at breakfast nothing was covered and had flies all over it except the cereal which was in a container. Based on this we ate elsewhere

Quick, easy booking process that suited our needs
We had a very good Travel agent, Eve. She quickly established what we were looking for and came up with a number of alternative hotels. Booking was a quick and easy process.

Superb customer service and could not have done any more for us
The member of staff a young lady gave us exceptional service and was very happy to help us and answer all of our questions. She offered advice and help and was not too pushy when selling us our holiday and made the whole visit amd purchasing our holiday a great experience and we will definitely ne returning in the future
