Ella was very patient.
Ella was very patient with our dithering over where we wanted to go. Once that was settled she found the hotel for us went through all aspects of our stay. Booked seats our on the plane. Went through all the fine print with us. Told us about the special rates on getting our money. She was overall very good will definitely seek her if we book again.

Having used Hayes for a previous cruise and been looked after very well by Aiden, we obviously decided to use them again and with Cathy's help have found the perfect next cruise.
