Very good service and staff, booking process excellant.

The agent (Penelope) was very friendly and helpful. She took time to go through several options with us. One of the children travelling with us is autistic and she explained we could get assistance for him. We needed a low floor room. Penelope requested this on our booking for us. The whole experience was enjoyable and we are excited about our holiday. It was lovely meeting Penelope. We would definitely recommend Hays Travel.

Our travel rep, Richie, at the Metrocetre shop was extremely knowledgable when it came to our cruise and stay booking

We were not the best prepared and found that Richie’s experience of cruises was excellent and we fully trusted Hays and Richie to find us the best holiday for our 30th wedding anniversary

We provided a budget range and Richie tried his best to get towards the lower part of the budget range

Emily was amazing so patient. Got our package deal sorted even though person on end of phone hung up on her while she was trying to finalise our arrangements.Emily Phoned myself the next day having sorted everything out.

First visit to Hays travel Metro Centre. Assistant found me just what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. As part of older generation the only thing I would say is everything is done over the mobile phone these days, so a little harrowing.

Not rushed or pressured into making any decisions. Spent time looking at many options for our holiday until we found the perfect one.

Helpful staff plus a special mention to Richie.
He puts himself in the customers shoes and makes the whole booking experience pleasurable.
I now will only go to him.

We returned to Hays specifically because of Richie Dinning. He booked our first cruise two years ago and went way above what we expected to ensure we chose the right boat, the right itinerary and the perfect cabin for us. When it came to booking a trip to celebrate my 60th birthday, we had no hesitation in returning to Hays to arrange it with Richie. We gave him details of what we were considering and he put together several options for us to consider. We called in to see him to clarify a few elements of the itinerary and he was really patient, going through the quote to make sure all our questions were answered before be booked. His knowledge is astounding and reassuring when you're spending a significant amount of money. I can't stress enough what an asset he is to your firm.
