Best booking Experience Ever …
I messaged regarding a holiday advertised on social media and with in 10 mins the lovely Holly replied with all the information I had requested. There was no pressure to book or contant messages during the time it took me to read through and give it a thought.
Once I had decided Holly followed with everything I needed to do to book. This was followed up with a lovely phone call from Holly who set everything up for me and had even looked at extra discount for me as I am a solo traveller. Within half an hour of ending the call my documents landed in my inbox.
Best booking experience I have had ever.

Highly recommend Lauren at Hays Travel
Lauren at Hays Travel was absolutely amazing. She helped me find the perfect holiday as a Valentine’s gift for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier. It was a last-minute request for February, but Lauren handled everything so professionally and made the whole process stress-free. She found me a fantastic holiday at a really reasonable price and took the time to make sure it would be a special surprise. I truly appreciate her patience, effort, and attention to detail. Holly at the Leeds Merrion Centre branch was amazing from start to finish, we went in, and had never booked a Cruise before so had all sorts of questions and she got us our first cruise booked! There was no pressure and she was very relaxed.
