I’ve used Hays Travel multiple times and the service is often good. Jess is knowledgeable and helpful in organizing holidays. She provides clear, professional advice, but at times I felt the communication could be quicker. It’s definitely convenient booking from home, though not perfect every time. Overall, a decent experience.

After booking Barbados and Iceland through Jess, her efforts to make sure you have the best holiday are top priority.
