Kacey was very helpfull in store told her what i was looking to do with my trip as was looking to go New Zealand and do some traveling there then to Thialand on way back for a few days while we was waiting for the confirmation we look at the travel and bike hire that we spoke about on the computer she was very helpfull and her colleges to realy good service many thanks

Lovely experience, lovely friendly members of staff and of course the young lady who dealt with us, she listened to our requirements and did everything in her power to make sure everything was perfect. So easy to book a holiday at the office, far better than doing it with the internet as you need to get get some questions answered before you book . Sam was extremely helpful .

Called in to Hinckley Hays Travel for a holiday gift voucher for a present. All the staff were very friendly and Jade organised the voucher which looked very professional. She gave us all the information we needed and spoke about Hays Travel with great enthusiasm. We were offered a festive drink and mince pie. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

They answer the questions that are so difficult to find on-line.
Booking a holiday with a Travel Agent takes away the concern that you may have got something wrong by ticking the wrong box!
Most importantly of all you are dealing with real people with real experience of the travel industry.

Staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. We didn't feel rushed and Rachael spent time finding us the best package to suit our needs.
