First booking of coach exertion made easy
I visited Hays Travel with a friend to book a surprise break for her husband's birthday. We saw Izzy. We knew the break we wanted and Izzy did numerous searches to find the required date and pick up destination. She then rang Shearings to book the tour and double checked on certain criteria we had. She split the deposit and gave us both full copies of the paperwork. She explained next steps and was friendly and interested during the whole process.
